Registration to music kindergarten groups, choir, student admissions, music perception groups and other courses will be done at Eepos.<\/p><p>The application time:<\/p><ul><li>kindergarten groups and choir 24th of April to 25th of June to 30th of September<\/li><li>for the instrumental studies on 7th of March to 13th of April 2026<\/li><\/ul><p>New pupils will apply in the address ihmo.eepos.fi by choosing \u201dApply as new student\u201d or \u201dForms\u201d, whereby the application forms that are open for all will appear. The pupils of the East Helsinki Music Institute register in the springs and autumns using forms that are open for them (e.g. music perception subjects, continuation of the studies). In the group situation, also the instrumental aptitude and the motor skills and physical qualities of the child will be assessed in order to find the most suitable instrument for them.<\/p><p>No previous music studies are required. For the musicality test, please prepare a song of your choice to be sung.<\/p><p><strong>Applicants to solo singing:<\/strong> In the student admission you will perform <strong>two songs of different styles<\/strong>, of which at least one in Finnish (e.g. a folksong). It is recommended to sing from memory.
